Made from translucent teal glass, the Eider's mouth-blown body is completely transparent which gives the bird its glowing blue hue; when placed near the sunlight the glittering tones become even more radiant. Slightly darker in color, the bird's head is made from solid glass to give its proud crown a moment of attention.
